What is a AREC?

AREC is a real Estate Investment Company which enables users to invest in the real estate sector in small ticket sizes (as small as 5 lakh INR), breaking the barriers of high investments ticket sizes and lengthy paperwork and process. We pool funds from multiple investors to acquire, manage, and monetize high-quality real estate assets, providing regular rental income and potential capital appreciation.

Who can invest?

We welcome institutional investors eligible retail investors with minimum investment thresholds.

What is a token and how it works?

A Token- is a fraction of the total value of the asset. We break the asset into tokens, which can be purchased through our platform. The owner gets the benefits of income generated and value appreciation.

How are returns paid?

We distribute at least 90% of net rental income to unit-holders, they can choose from monthly and quarterly payments.

Liquidity of investment?

Once a token is purchased, the owner can sell it at any time they want. The token can be listed again on the platform after the owners written consent.

What are the risks?

Market and occupancy risks exist as with any real estate investment. However, diversified tenants and long leases mitigate volatility. Please review our full risk disclosure.

Tax implications?

Rental income distributions are taxed as per Indian Income Tax rules. NRIs consult tax advisors for repatriation. Consult a tax professional for specifics.

How to Invest?

• Step 1: Open an Account – Potential investors register on the platform or contact a Relationship Manager. • Step 2: Complete KYC & Documentation – Submit KYC, identity proofs. NRIs can invest via NRO/NRE accounts. • Step 3: Choose Your Investment – Select from listed projects based on location, asset type, yield, and tenure. • Step 4: Fund Transfer – Invest via bank transfer or cheque into designated bank account. • Step 5: Unit Allotment – Ownership transferred to user, holdings can be tracked online. • Step 6: Earn Income – Monthly or quarterly distributions credited directly to investors; annual reports shared.
